It's hard to see how any club could afford him, even on loan (aside from two but i doubt they'd want him). But, you never know I guess and as GB will testify, I've been wrong before about these things.

His stock won't be as high as it was previously either. Whatever way you look at it, his record in the top league's has been poor. Saying that, I'm sure someone would give him a shot, if, as you say, they could afford it.

If you read any other fans forums, that's certainly the opinion of fans up & down the country. As for banging them in here? Our problem is still the same, we create nothing. Unless we sort that then we'd be wasting our money bringing Shanks back.

Very true. We are the only club he can play for this season though in spfl i think. Killie seem to be interested though not sure of the rules. Prefer him up front than clark tbh regardless

Hearts desperate for a goal scorer, they do create , just no-one to put the chances away. Be gutted if he went there. I would have shanks back in a heartbeat. If we let loose these young lads with him up front, I think this would work.

Agree we have creativity in team play glass, moore, mochrie or meekison in right positions, not all at same time but more often. Chalmers too needs to be guven a chance or get shot of.
