The only certainty is that we would be much worse off if Starmer was PM. There would have been no Christmas, no New Year's Eve, we'd all be under house arrest with the entire country locked down. Boris is a charlatan, a fraud, a buffoon, an incompetent clown and I thank God every morning that he is Prime Minister and not Starmer.

A new coronavirus variant nicknamed "Deltacron" has been discovered in Cyprus, local media reported on Saturday.
The variant has a similar genetic background to the Delta variant, as well as some of the mutations from Omicron, explained Dr. Leondios Kostrikis, the head of the laboratory of biotechnology and molecular virology at the University of Cyprus, according to the Cyprus Mail.
In total, 10 of the mutations from Omicron were found in the 25 samples taken in Cyprus. 11 of the samples came from people who were hospitalized due to the virus, while 14 came from the general population.

Cyprus's Health Ministry plans to announce more information about the new variant in a press conference at the beginning of the week. The scientific name of the new variant has not been announced as of yet.
The announcement of the new variant comes just a week after a new coronavirus variant, B.1.640.2, was discovered in France. Experts have stated that it seems not to be a cause of concern.

The hebrew word for invader is פְּולִשְׁ, (POLESH) From that we get Philistines ( פְּלִשְׁתִּים, P'lastim ) They were invaders that came from somewhere near the Greek Islands. Nothing to do with the Palestinians!!

206 seriously ill, the population of Israel is around 9 million. I don't think Balan will be kacking his pants just yet, there's more chance of a home made rocket from the Pallys putting him in an ICU than Covid.

sinkov is correct again. It is said that Hezbullah in the north, has some 160 k rockets. In the south not sure if they keep firing them??(less and less )But on the 26th of this month ,I hope to go to S'derot, our Kibbutz has a factory there in the south 1 mile from Gaza, not sure if to take my tin hat ,or not? BT could have friends there and he could call them to just say ''A nice day to let some fireworks off, over S'derot?

A kibbutz is a village so plenty of space here.

Those rockets were taken from terrorists ,possibly on the way to Gaza or Lebanon. We don't fire such rockets Where would you fit all those rockets on a fighter jet? Those are almost simple 'home made stuff.'
