Looks like Jagielka going to SUFC.

Also the squad has been told, if they want to move, to speak to the admininistrators.
I have probably had my question above answered, as it is on the table whilst this window is open. Rooney again doesn't understand that.

Well the EFL clearly don't want us to survive and are threatening a 15 point deduction if the administrators cannot prove funds are in place to see out the season if we remain without a buyer, yet we have 2 potential buyers waiting in the wings who would have already provided proof of funds to the administrators to be considered as serious bidders yet the EFL want the administrators to prove they have the funds themselves, of course they probably don't!

The 2 potential buyers do not want to be selected as one of the prefferred bidders until the threat of legal action is dropped by Boro and Wycombe, the EFL are unwilling it seems to back Boro and Wycombe but nor do they advise them they do not have a case so until that is clarified DCFC will not have a buyer

Infact it now seems the EFL have suggested it would be beneficial for DCFC if they came to a settlement with Boro and Wycombe, knowing that both our bidders are unlikely to do this the EFL have now threatened DCFC with another 15 point deduction because they know we won't be sold while the compo case hangs over us

In summary, the EFL are total funts.

I'm starting to think that the chant needs changing to "I'm Derby till THEY die".

Looking at it from a reverse angle the EFL may have forced this deadline on the administrators to hurry them up to name the preferred bidder who at that point would have come to an reluctant arrangement with boro and wycombe and also I believe will start funding the club, maybe the EFL are fed up with the stalemate and are forcing the administrators hands now

EFL needs to look at whether the 2 claims are against EFL rules and act accordingly.

According to various reports Mike Ashley is going to speak directly to Gibson in an effort to resolve the matter, and local MPs Andrew Bridge on and Amanda Solliway are seeking a meeting with the EFL.

Looks like this is being taken seriously at last

Change.org petition going round at the moment to try and get the Sports Minister to intervene in our battle with the EFL.
Already up to about 28,000 signatures...the aim is 35,000. Please sign and encourage others to.

And to think we agreed to accept the further 9 points instead of fighting for 6 to help speed up the sale, now the effort want us to find a settlement with boro and Wycombe to help speed up sale, what next will they conjure up, a £100m bond paid in tenners maybe
