Allan is exactly the 'type' of player we need and have needed for years. Not so sure the Scott Allan of now is the player we need, but 5 years ago, I'd have taken him in a heartbeat.

Creative mids are like hens' teeth,
You'll no find any in Cowdenbeath,
    Scott's departure caused a row,
But that was then and this is now.

Inspired by Boat's holiday epic re finding a Funster abroad.

Doesnt he hate us? Because he got booed by about 20 fans once. Attitude wrong maybe and is he a shadow of the player since illness? Maybe he would like to come back and prove some wrong dunno. Also this is the 10th time or so in years gone by that this rumour has surfaced.

Every word true as well mate, then i get home and discover,

Sam Cosgrove turned down the Dees.
The Jester is still at Dens.
Jay signed from Inter Miami no Inter Milan.
    Celtic dinnie want Leigh back.

The moral of the story is never trust a Funster abroad.

Hibs wouldn't be thinking of letting him go if they considered him an asset.
Cos like I keep saying creative midfielders are a scarce commodity, every team seeks one.
Just like every team craves for a striker who strikes, they seem to have disappeared as well.

A few ITK guys elsewhere suggesting we've done a deal for Watt. Medical being done and an announcement expected tomorrow.
