I was very surprised to see Doidge linked to Dundee as he doesn't fit their signing profile of being an ex-colleague/mate of McPake.

After the embarrassment of Mcdonald snubbing a return to Dens (as promised only 3 months ago) in favour of training at a higher standard, I suppose it's understandable they'll want to appease their fans, thus announcing their interest in Christian Doidge. Desperate stuff by Le Club of Fun.

I would have thought this too. But I have read a lot about those ITK supposedly saying his family id down south he wont sign for us going back to england etc. Then i have heard he has been so impressive in training we are keen to get him for season and see how he reacts after the kidney transplant. If that guy gets back playing football for anyone I will doth my cap to him

I thought there was something to persevere with there as he is still young and did ok recently. Suppose its just the number of cracking players that we have coming through in midfield just now and time to let one go.

Thought there would be some stories around Harkes and wonder if he has been offered a new contract yet?

Hoti looks like a decent 5 aside player. First 11 for Dundee United he is not.
