As United got more successful in the 60's beating Barcelona twice, Juve at Tannadice, Celtic 3-2 twice in 67, changed to Tangerine, more and more kids saw the Tangerine future, just as they still do today. Success brings more fans from within the city and outside it. That's how football works Peter 😎

The City is United. The City is Tangerine and there's f all you can do about it.

2003 was my favourite when a hungover hvn side beat them with a crap set piece goal, with thousands of empty seats in the fun end despite it being their first Scottish Cup final since 1964 and us being told they were sleeping giants all my life... hilariously still their only final since then 🤣
Had this one with you before Shedka...over 17000 Dee's that day ...still more than United have ever had against either side of the old firm at Hampden FACT

So you'll be at the new Muirton dump on Wednesday then? One of the 400? Somehow I doubt it.
Pathetic trolling by you Peter, need to do better.

Season ticket holder , go to as much away games as can with son so who you saying is a open all mics supporter . Got our tickets for Derby as usual at you piggery of ground like always do . There for 2 league Cup, league winning game and lost count of how many batterings you've had I've seen there

Like The Funny Farm, I think we need a ‘strict’ policy on interlopers. I’d like to formally report peter as I suspect strongly that he is infact an Arab ‘at it’.

Oh Peter, why do you make this so easy

2005 Utd sold out 17500 tickets well before the final with plenty demand for more

2008 United sold out 17000 vs Rangers, again plenty demand for more

However due to a certain club asking for more tickets than they could sell in 2003 due to thinking they were a sleeping giant and everyone and their mother's would want to be at their first Scottish cup final in 40 long years, the powers that be were having none of it and taking no chances in the years after it

I'll leave it to the older Arabs to advise on how many we had in 1981, 1985 and 1988 etc

Oh don’t go there Stokie. Next he’ll be on denying that United finished above their ‘Greatest Ever Team’ in ‘61 and ‘63. Because as we all know, Dundee United just kind of, well sorta ‘turned up’ in 1979 and their first and only manager was the ‘Joodas’ Jim McLean.
