LM, Meanwhile we longer state how many have died from Winter Flu....I wonder why?

Another question, how many who have already had their booster would have another one if one became available, or, do we now just deal with it as it happens and class it as a cold/mild flu?

Where on earth are you getting your information from?

You just need to do a quick Google to check. They release reports annually and haven't stopped, next one is due June:

John old bean I never said I had sought information, did I? I'll leave it to you to post the annual reports to keep us all up to date.

So you went to the trouble of sharing something that you now claim you never sought in the first place?

    What do you mean?

Why wait for the annual reports?

Here's a link to the latest weekly report that they apparently don't publish any more:

A friend of my wife sadly lost her husband who had a heart attack, he went into hospital without Covid and lost his struggle. He was tested after he passed away and contracted covid while in hospital so its been recorded as a covid death, the poor woman wants an open coffin but apparently as its been certified as covid she cant.

Is that "of Covid" or "with Covid" ? There is a big difference IMHO.

Japan records a Covid death as bilateral pneumonia with a positive Covid test.

We record a Covid death as any death within 28 days of a positive test, that's why our figures are higher.

The figures need to be reassessed using the Japanese criteria IMO.
