If we don't win tonight..the meltdown on here is going to be epic! I hope for Tams sake that we put on a show because the heat is definitely going to cranked up if we don't and we don't create many chances.
I hope this new lad is awesome and gives us that creativity we have been crying out for...and I hope that McNulty comes through his dry couple of seasons and starts banging the goals in. I also hope that Big Max kicks on from being a car park attendant at Tannadice and becomes the force that Tam thought he would be. I am going to look at my near empty glass and imagine that someone is coming back from the bar with a full one soon.

There are some you don’t really quibble with - indeed Connolly and Reynolds for instance we thought would be away in the summer so no point in them continuing hanging about taking up a wage. The Appere one seems strange when we were guaranteed a development fee anyway and I highly doubt we’ve received any more now than what we would’ve got in the summer. Collectively from the outside looking in, I suspect the Club believe we’re well clear of any relegation danger and that now is the time to clear up the squad size, get in who we really want long term (keeper and Watt), continue to give guys like Meekison, Mochrie and Neilson their time on the park building toward becoming regular starters (and that had better include Declan Glass) and essentially save some wage bill mullah for use in the summer.

If this is indeed the case, I’m delighted to hear of their confidence in our current league position. Can’t say it’s one I share right now…………………

What are the final lists? It'd be interesting to see them listed with their first team appearances this season.

So Glass is still here? I'm assuming there was to be a replacement for him to come in that fell through and that's why he hasn't gone?

And for the relegation talk, St Johnstone have to double their current points tally while we lose every game for us to get relegated, so lets put a bit of perspective on things

Still hoping that we pull a rabbit out the hat with a free transfer. Happy that we kept Benji though..but can't help think that we were relying on him being sold to get someone in. It just feels very much like we have weakened our squad. It needed trimmed but also needed quality added to it. I just hope we have something on the free transfer back burner!

Don't we get a development fee, only if we've offered the player a new contract? In which case now was maybe the time to cash in

    Underwhelmed to say the least.
We are relying on two loan kids in our midfield.
I've been saying that we need to reduce our wage bill for a while though but was hoping for more than one young Arsenal loanee to strengthen in midfield.
Looks like we are treading water until the summer.
