That's quite an accounting rounding error when 1.2 million per day actually turns out to be 4.7 million per day.
It’s not primarily used for refugees it’s entirely used for refugees.

As for the “rounding error” they only gave the cost of the Afghan refugees and conveniently forgot about the other asylum seekers that they had squirrelled away in hotels, some of which have been there for years.

In Rotherham’s case there is more spent on housing refugees than on local school kids education.
