So in effect the EFL are supporting the legal action by Boro and Wycombe? How can they? These claims and thats all they are claims, can't be classed as creditors, because at this time there is no actual money owed, so for the EFL to give them a status over and above other actual creditors, such as suppliers etc. is utterly wrong!

In any normal case of a company going into administration, even if you had sued and won, you wouldn't get preferential creditor status, if you had just lodged a legal claim, then you'd get nothing!

There can be no clearer example of a governing body that is unfit for purpose, which unfortunately is the case with many such bodies, they seem to forget what their purpose is. Certainly this has done nothing for their credibility and makes football a laughing stock.
