Derby County Could Make a Legal Claim Against Reading

Has we know Derby County was deducted 12 points in September 2021 for going
into administration, also deducted 9 points for breaching financial rules.

Reading were deducted 6 points, & given a suspended 6 point deduction for breaching
    financial rules.

Derby County have had claims against them from Middlesbrough & Wycombe Wanderers,
with the Middlesbrough claim said to have been sorted.

But now, Derby County could look to have a claim themselves against Reading, Derby
County are believed to be preparing to launch a legal battle of their own, if Reading
escape relegation, & Derby County are relegated, in which Derby County will use the
argument, that they were punished more severely than Reading in terms of points
sanction, with Reading getting 6 point deduction, against Derby County's 9 point
    deduction.

Bottom 4 teams in the championship.

    Position ----- Team ----------- G/D --- Pts - Played
    . 21st ........ Reading ........... -24 .... 22 .... 30 games
    . 22nd .. Peterborough Utd ... -37 . .. 20 .... 29 games
    . 23rd .... Derby County ... .... -3 .. .. 18 .... 31 games
    . 24th ....... Barnsley ........... -26 .... 17 .... 30 games

Summary - It would seem that Lawyers & claims have set a president in football.
This action would seem to be Derby County having a swipe back at the EFL.

ELK more like Derby trying the last chance saloon and trying to deflect the issue.

Derby have breached far more rules than Reading and are merely clutching at straws. They will blame anyone rather than themselves.

I don’t know how Morris sleeps at night. He’s more than enough money to clear up all this mess but it’s dragging on for too long now.

FFS! I take an afternoon away from MM to get away from Derby County, pop into a pub to sneakily watch the 2nd half of the Super Bowl while wining and dining Mrs. CA and what do I see. Only an effing bloke in a Derby County shirt supporting LA Rams. There's nobody to blame but ELK.

    Why are Derby pursuing Reading
Surely their gripe is with the EFL
