2 patients had a fight at the hospital and 1 off them died from it.

An absolute tragedy but not a surprise. I started a thread on this a few years ago about how threatening it was to go to A and E these days.

Last time I went to Northern General they were smoking weed in the waiting area and someone got verbally abused

When my Dad was in hospital he had his wallet pinched by smackers roaming the wards

Similarly my Mum got a bedside clock, her mobile, cash and jewellery stolen whilst on a ward at the NGH.
Not much in value but things she needed / wanted and someone thought it was ok to take them

Some reports saying it was a fight on one of the wards between a 47 year old and a 48 year old.

Shocking news and recently a nurse was attacked at RDGH.
