Are there no longer any restrictions and if so, are people still choosing to wear masks and in what sort of (approximate) numbers?

1. So it's a fear based on xenophobia, to not want my nation swallowed into a EUSSR, ruled by a commission that you nor I could remove? That really does take some beating.
2. Please explain mistrust in east europeans? I really am perplexed at that one. Do you have any actual proof, or is it just that I don't conform to your leftist ideals and as such must be condemned?
3. My doubts about middle easterners? Are you referring to my observations of that race being seemingly more non co operative to wearing a mask? Perhaps these are the same race that is proven to being non co operative to being vaccinated as well?

My contempt for refugees as you call it, as warped by you again. My contempt surrounds the invasion of "migrants" who in no way qualified for refugee status. THE 18-30 single male club, who with a fist full of cash have travelled half way across the world by dodgy means. Then tossed their ID's away at the last moment to cry I'm a refugee.

99% compliance in shops/supermarkets at the moment. As of this Friday, the requirement to wear a face nappy in them disappears. I fully expect 1% of people to continue to wear them.

Impressed and surprised in equal measure there, MA. I don’t understand why, if they’re to remain mandatory on public transport, how that doesn’t extend to crowded shops. 99% compliance seems excellent but why would that fall to just 1% simply on the basis of everything being okay from Friday. I’m no virologist but I suspect viruses don’t behave like that.
Personally if on a plane or in a theatre or cinema I’ll continue to wear a mask for a while longer regardless of what any politician says.

I think that people are fed up with Corona and everything to do with it. That is why I think we'll see 1% nappy wearing from Friday. Public transport seems logical as you are up close and personal with people for what might be a fair amount of time. last tiem we opened up, last summer, there were no new cases traced back to cinemas or theatres......

There you go again, ‘leftist ideals’, ‘former teacher’ (totally irrelevant btw), Hitler/Stalin/Mao, migrants equal the ‘18-30 single male club’, WOKE, history being ‘doctored’...blah,blah, blah. No agenda there then.

As ever there’s the tiniest grain of truth in everything you say and you cling on to it obsessively in a way which never ceases to betray your increasingly obvious prejudices.

My ‘colours coming to the surface’. I’ve never attempted to hide them Tricky...unlike some.
Unfortunately it’s increasingly hard to make one’s voice heard on here without being shouted down by the usual suspects, but my ‘colours’ are those of decency, fairness, tolerance and an increasing level of egalitarianism. I’m not remotely religious but they probably fit in well with genuine Christianity and I’m entirely comfortable with that.

P.S. Still no attempt at an answer from any of the three degrees to the question posed yesterday in #2631 I see. I’ve asked three times but it’s all gone oddly quiet.
