I created the match thread and made my position clear that I wouldn't be judgmental on those that contributed to it .

I think he does care if it's seized from him , he's on the list of people who have benefited from Putin when parliamentary privilege was waived and he was exposed .

However let's be clear , this country were more than willing to turn a blind eye to Russian dirty money coming in to this country , the Tory government are absolutely swimming in it .

Morality and big moneymen are seldom two things that go hand in hand as we know. Despite the megamoney Abramovich has ploughed into Chelsea it remains a plaything to him. I'm not convinced the seizing of that club would make him any less worried than me or thee would be by losing a £20 note ont street.

Ego is in there Pass , the money is irrelevant as you've pointed out .

He's lost a certain amount of face and when money doesn't matter ego certainly does .
