The hypocrisy of Johnson and the Tories who have been laundering and benefitting from Russia's "dirty money" for the last decade is another matter altogether.

I think we should ask Labour's Barry Gardiner about this, he seems to be something of an expert on laundering and benefitting from foreign 'dirty money'.

You were talking about the laundering of dirty money BT, you brought it up, not me, and as Labour's Gardiner is an acknowledged recipient of dirty money then I feel sure he belongs on this thread. It's a good guess, but somehow I don't think it has anything to do with Putin invading Ukraine. In the unlikely event these 'massive' donations exist at all, were they as massive as the donation Labour's Gardiner received from the Chinese ?

According to Gardiner he did not profit from Miss Lee's half a million quid which is about as disingenuous as you claiming the Tory Party have not been on take from Russian oligarchs.

Lucy Powell on SkyNews was asked, in the light of Putin's invasion of Ukraine, would she support increased defence spending. She said it wasn't for her to make that decision. She couldn't even understand the question, never mind answer it, or maybe she just wanted to dodge it. And this is one of the top bods in HM Opposition. She makes Truss seem like a stateswoman.
