Putin's new nuclear threat

Clearly Putin is rattled by both the failure to take Ukraine as quickly as he hoped and by the ramping up of Western support and the amount of international condemnation of his actions. His threat to use nuclear weapons is pushing the limits of his brinkmanship. He is one deranged and dangerous individual and let us hope the West does not cave to this threat because if it does he will use it again and again. No one wants world war 3, let alone a nuclear war, but surely now is the time for NATO to stand firm and clearly send the message back that any such escalation will ultimately also see the destruction of Russia and that any use of nuclear weapons by Putin will lead to swift and overwhelming retaliation. Very worrying times now. (Really could do with that assassins bullet)

He most definitely is having difficulty with his military....There will be a good many close to him....will not be liking the math on this....
When the army did turn against Gorbachev they didn't all go at once....but eventually they seen the writing on the wall..... and backed Yeltsin...

There’s meant to be a 3 mile stretch of military vehicles and tanks heading towards the capital. That’s what Putin will do now and it will be the last man standing resulting in thousands of deaths.

I think it’s very likely that putin will be assassinated from someone within. The majority of Russians don’t want to go back to the old ways.
