I think 'nice' is probably closer.

I reckon most of our players would be sought after by other top teams in our league (and higher) if they were available individually, so I don't think we lack quality, but we definitely lack ruthlessness, aggression and intensity. Any team that plays with intensity and bullies us gets results.
