I don't think they need to go anywhere other than home to be honest.It would be a complete waste of money and if you asked them they wouldn't want to go either.These guys see enough of each other as it is and a rest and refresh doesn't just mean physically but mentally too.Believe it or not they have normal lives like You and I.....wives,girlfriends and children and homes to run.Why would they want to spend 'down time' in yet another hotel with the same people bored sh**l*ss!

Correct use this time wisely, they can go on a piss up after we win the cup and the title 😉 still angry with PW for sacking the FA Cup off the treble was on

I suggest you watch the Undrthecosh videos on Youtube with ex footballers. They bloody love a break away, somewhere hot. Always comes up, breaks to perk up the lads and have a break from loved ones. Newcastle are off to Dubai over the international break, second time this season. A reward for doing well. Look at how enthusiastic our guys get for the Christmas knees up. They bloody love it, just being lads. You ask a bunch of guys would they rather go off with their mates in the sun or stay at home with the missus, I know what I think most would say.

Just an idea about the sun. A hotel in some places isn't like a Premier Inn on away day. They wouldn't be like prisoners.

Got to look at it through the lens of a 20 something guy, not 30 year married man etc.

Do MK Dons usually have their games cancelled with the Call-ups? I hope so..........If not they play Crewe(in the International break)and then Shrewsbury both at home while we play at Wembley.
