Had the pleasure today of an invite for lunch at a posh place to celebrate a lady's 100th birthday tomorrow.She had the card from the Queen yesterday.Never been to one of those before.She thanked us all for attending but said"All of the people I really wanted to invite are 6 feet under.I didn't want presents but you are welcome to leave a donation for my coffin on the way out".She's an absolute star with all her marbles
and looks to have years left yet.
