    Football Stands Together

Ahead of the game, volunteers from our Community Sports Trust will be on hand at AESSEAL New York Stadium to collect essential items for all those impacted by the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.

Donations can be made in the North West corner of the stadium, with a whole range of supplies accepted.

Minute’s applause planned prior to Oxford game in memory of Harold Wilcockson

Rotherham United will pay tribute to Harold Wilcockson with a minute’s applause prior to Saturday’s Sky Bet League One fixture with Oxford United at AESSEAL New York Stadium.

As a mark of respect, everyone in the ground will join in a pre-kick off period of applause which will start and end on the referee’s whistle.

We would like to thank everyone in advance for joining us in remembering Harold.

    Not good news for Ferguson.

Unfortunately Shane’s season is finished, he has damaged to his pad under his foot and still in a lot of pain so sadly he will be out for the rest of the season.

“Jordi has a good chance of being available for selection. After that, there are no more issues.”

Might nightmare is seeing Karl Robinson, celebrating on the pitch at the final whistle.

We have lots of differing opinions on MM, but surely we are all united on the fact that Robinson is the most irritating man alive?.

Oxford United winger Anthony Forde has agreed a new contract through to the summer of 2023.

Oxford United will need to leave the Kassam Stadium by 2026 when its lease runs out
The club has proposed a sports complex, including an 18,000-capacity football stadium, is built on Stratfield Brake, near Kidlington, north of Oxford. Talks with Oxfordshire County Council, which owns the land, the club and other parties that currently use the site, continue.

Never mind form being an issue for any potential playoff battle, soon be running out of players. I'm not one usually for the 'we have to' when we actually don't 'have to' but we need autos. I can't see how we would get through the playoffs.
