Bit late that with nothing to play for! Shocking points dropped lately such as Bristol - Swansea - Stoke and Blues!! We could easily have been in the play offs!

So when Bruce talks of 5/6 players and a rebuild does this exclude from the team sheet - Livermore, Mowatt, Reach, Phillips, Robinson, Bartley and Furlong?

Rot has to be taken out as it spreads!

I have seen enough already to be losing interest in next season quickly.
There must be a cart load of pension toppers out there rubbing there hands for a last pay cheque.
5 or 6 most likely early 30's injury prone players on the side lines of their present team.
Pay him off now.
This season is abysmal....and shaping up to be mark two for next season.

The personality of the side needs to change. Getting rid of the most influential players, those who stamp this negative and toxic mentality on the squad.
The two I would push out the door first would be

The Captain, Livermore, we sack managers but it’s the captain who should influence a positive approach on the pitch. Our fortunes have tumbled since he walked through the door. We need to find another Darren Fletcher

Bartley, his assertive attitude and criticism of players around him is obvious. Bad influence in my opinion especially when his form has been very poor all season.

I’d pay up their contracts
The rest we may have to live with
With a new Spine in the team we may get the best outcome for the cheapest option
We MUST bring in a new captain else thinks wont change

Good post and totally agree 100%. Bit like a line Manager in another business who has no motivation and is crap - what does that do for his team?

Totally agree .. I would also offload Zohore, Reach, Mowatt, Furlong, Diangana, Grant, Robinson and Carroll .. possibly even Philips too .... we need to start afresh ... the current crop is only taking us in one direction ... and it’s not back to the Premier League ...

I totally agree and with Livermore at the top of the list! I thought captains inspired - battled - rallied the players - lift team spirts? He’s absolute dross and like Phillips should have been off loaded the year we were promoted!

My top 4 to go would be Bartley (reasons as you mention) Mowatt, Reach and Molumby
Captain in waiting is Clarke … we need to sign him.
