    Begging f.uckers… they’ve just had a £70 million grant given and they’re asking hard working folk just to give up their prized porcelain for nothing… cheeky t.wats!

    Some Royal Albert took some poor families years to accumulate. These want them for nowt so they can continue ‘afternoon tea’,

    It will soon become an elite country retreat hotel/spa so the working man/women can’t afford to go or stay there!

    A bit more unlikely now Brin, it’s become part of the National Trust portfolio

    Bigger and better than Buckingham Palace and they’ve certainly moved on with the restoration in the last five years or so

    That's a shame. I was hoping they'd turn it into luxury retirement apartments so I could buy one and wave to Brin from my balcony as he strolled on by with his whippet and his fishing pole

    Excuse me, I’ve never used a pole, I’m strictly a rod and reel man always will be 😉

    Now you mention it simply can’t wait for fishing to kick in again, off down to Newark again. Best ever day was 165 lb in a day on a private lake 🐟🐟🐟 bliss.
