Its simple really what we need to do next season
We need to win considerably more than half our league games. Do that and we my go up. Dont achieve that and we wont. We have won just 21 games in 41 this season. Thats just not good enough

We need players who are prepared to win their battles, and not just a bunch of fancy dans. I would off load Nemane (crap) Mitchell (crap) Francis, Taylor (inconsistent) Rawlinson (makes too many errors) . As for the rest, if they want away then get rid. Burchnall has had his chance, get rid....
