Yes but only one in a hundred or maybe even a thousand will turn out to be as good as Arsen Wenger

I understand the logic of trying to unearth a silver gem , but the odds are greatly stacked against you that it will happen, off course if it does its spectacular, and the reason why rich owners will take a risk on the untrained rookie or trainee, as they have little to lose when it gies belly up , financially anyway , its like putting a small bet on a 1 to 1000 chance of winning
