I think Neal has given them the best chance of going up , by finishing 3rd and getting to the final , he has done it twice now

For Notts we obviously should aim for top spot, and if not that 2nd or 3rd position as it gives the best possible chance of promotion, with the home tie and then the final . For me two 5th place finishes for IB was not good enough , especially this season when he came in last march, IB never really signed any good players, our better ones were all Ardley signings

I am baffled by FGR taking a gamble on IB as he his unproven, just as i was baffled when Notts appointed him, i doubt IB will achieve anything at FGR to be honest , , depends on the cash the owner may give him. - possible potential is one thing, but if there no hard track evidense of success, its nothing more than a gamble , still the FGR chairman is quite wealthy and can probably afford it

That didn't answer the question but forget it, it doesn't really matter.

They were Radar signings then, they are Ardley signings now. "Ch-ch-changes (Turn and face the strange)"

Yeah coz employing experienced managers has worked so well in the past!

Experience is irrelevant, it's all about skill sets and resources

    Inexperience.........

Gary Brazil, Chris Kiwomya, Shaun Derry, Craig Short, Russell Slade, Fullarton.

Let's not add to that list for Christ's sake.

Yes you were commonly saying that the good signings by the club were Neal's at the time, yup that was the broken record I remember hearing from you

    Not always it isnt.

Plenty of managers who stink places out but keep getting jobs.

Hodgson/Bruce what exactly have they ever done but walk into high profile jobs ??

Football is changing owners generally want a coach now to make players better that isnt my view its what I see.
