Hull did ok but only featured last few games owing to other players not available, not enough game time to move up to Championship for my liking.

Weren’t Millers rumoured to be after Cole Stockton at Morecambe, or could anything on the striker front be on the back burner until the Smith thing is sorted out? Can’t see any fee being too high and he can’t be on big wages.

In January he was lined up to replace Ladapo but Freddie messed us about and the club didn't come in for him.No doubt Ipswich saved some money by getting him for SFA.Had we bought Stockton I think we would have finished as champions by a mile.

As frustrating as it has been in terms of news, I believe silence is the right way. Cards are being kept very close to the chest. I think plan B is well in progress. Wouldn’t surprise me if things are already in place.

I have taken into account what CAM said recently, and he is quite right to say chill out because at the end of the day, we can’t do anything about it. TS I believe knows the stakes this year and another relegation would be embarrassing, maybe even humiliating.

This is for me the best team we have had for 40 years and I believe that the management would not compromise that with another immediate relegation. In effect it’s a make or break year for us.

There seems to be a steely determination to really consolidate this year and I have full confidence that we will make the right calls.
