Please tell me what their much smaller budget was.?
Even some of their own fans were under the illusion that they had a top 4 budget....

I'd love to see this confirmed once and for all or otherwise, though how you verify it I've no idea. It's probably going to endure as one of those 'facts' that can be tossed into the equation when it suits an argument and left aside when it doesn't.

If Ardley can get a club on a quarter to a third of the gates we get then you have to take your hat off to him and also accept that it reflects very badly on Notts.
