It's just more virtue-signalling drivel, Cancel Culture in action, but this is the lunatic asylum we live in nowadays. Our new owners are fully paid up members of the Wokerati though, they'll go right along with this nonsense, the Bob Lord Stand WILL be re-named.

Two things intrigue me in that piece.

1)"The Jewish Chronicle have reported calls for the Bob Lord Stand to be renamed."

That's a bit vague, just who has made those calls, why don't they say ? And why now, those remarks were made 48 years ago.

2) "Burnley review Bob Lord's legacy after emergence of anti-Semitic comments."

That is simply factually incorrect, Bob's remarks have not just 'emerged', they were reported and there was controversy the same night he made them, some people might not have liked them, but we lived in a free country back then, they weren't hidden, he made them quite openly and they have been in the public domain for 48 years, they have not just emerged. So as above, why now ?
