You kind of sound like your parroting the Tory propaganda machine. Everything you are saying is what they want you to think.
You keep bringing Starmer's name up, but its not comparable. He hasn't been issued a FPN, if he does get one he said he'd resign. That's integrity for you. BJ hasn't got an ounce of it.
Who would do better? I'd say virtually any Tory MP would do at least the same as BJ. I don't like Liz Truss, but she's been very strong with her rhetoric and she's a frontrunner to replace him. Labour would have been stronger on sanctions than the Tories, they were pushing them to go further originally. Why would Starmer offer less of a response than BJ? That argument makes no sense.
Maybe they wouldn't have invaded had Trump been in power, but do you really want our elected representatives in the west to be pre-approved by Russia? Russian interference is well known, they wanted Trump in power, they wanted Brexit - you have to ask yourself why.
You mention the police are in a mess - The Tories have cut tens of thousands of police since 2010 and are criminally underfunding the justice system right now. They are literally crippling the country in every department.
"Bitter Remainers" - 148 MPs voted against BJ last night. Are you telling me they are all remainers? Come off it - a good chunk of them supported Brexit.
And you say the Government should govern - they are not in charge. Parliament is. That's how this country works. The government need a majority in the commons to get through legislation. Last night effectively showed that BJ has the confidence of only 211 MPs out of 650. There is a possibility this could paralyse Parliament. If we had a PM with any integrity and decency he'd have resigned many times over.
As for immigration - it will never be stopped. We actually take in far fewer than most Western European countries so maybe our hostile policy is working. People come here because their countries aren't stable and we've helped destabilise countries like Afghanistan, Libya, Iraq etc. - so the first thing I'd do is get our foreign policy right. And secondly I'd pay more in international aid. There's two steps that would help to kick off.
