You are right, they have stated there will be development fee. I’d be mighty surprised if a football club with its foundation based upon a youth academy, ended up losing their academy graduates without receiving said development fee, after all, that's why the development fee was introduced so it protected clubs against the circling sharks.Originally Posted by arab1970
