Well at last we have someone, now we need to give him our support and hope he can deliver the goods..

Can not say i am estastic about the appointment, its what you would expect from our owners, somebody with limited experience as a manager, a poor win percentage of 26.1% over 75 games and a relegation

Still Luke Williams is now the new manager, so all the best to him, and he will be judged on results. Obviously first and foremost our position in the table, and to see if he can better our away form, so we are not outwitted by poor teams

Is it 10-12 games before we should judge his results and our position in the table?

We wanted a coach who had experience of getting out of this league, and the assistant has it, albeit as a player. It could just work...

Good question laddo i think 10 to12 games is a good barometer, however most people will not be happy with poor start

Think the owners have no idea of what an experienced or successfull coach is at this level.
