The sort of appointment I expected. Not especially enthused, but I wish him well and won't judge him until I've seen what he offers.

Can't do any worse than Southgate. Wish him well. Read the news and felt absolutely no excitement at all though.

Fulla****e wasn't a meh appointment. He was the worst appointment in the clubs history even worse than Larry Llloyd or Gary Brazil getting the permanent job. This appointment doesn't make you angry but it just makes you shrug your shoulders and hope for the best.

That's about it. To me it makes it even clearer that we are part of an experiment, and there will be no deviation from that experiment.

I just hope the formula is a successful one.

I think that’ll be most people’s reaction. I’m not really sure who some were expecting tbh, the vast majority of appointments at this level are gambles rather than sure fire bets.

If this bloke’s next job is 2 leagues up as well hopefully we’ll have got a promotion out of it this time.

Not sure it is an experiment (at least not one with a clear objective?) seems to me we are owned by people who are firmly committed to living within their means and anything else that occurs on the periphery of that central driver is a bonus. Not quite sure what their long-term ambitions are? In fact not quite sure why they are here?

I've said pretty much from the start that I think they want to play some sort of (very expensive) computer game with a real club. Great if they win in the end, but I'm not sure their approach is a blueprint for success at this level.

It pretty much seems that way. Perhaps they are using us to push their Radar business model? If so the share price must have slipped a point or three recently!
