I have to be careful with planks because I have either an arthritic hip or a bad groin or lower stomach muscle injury.

I quite “enjoy” basic planks and side planks because of the challenge of prolonging them.

When I was in my late 20’s I could do a 1000 sit ups without stopping so the pain from planks is something I seem to be able to bare.

By remarkable coincidence both of my sisters are really catty cows. I demonstrate no interest in them whatsoever and would be only too happy for them both to walk the plank. I suspect the feeling's mutual 😊 .

My main exercise these days is swimming and dog walking. I do lane sessions in the pool, usually 2,500 metres a session. I’ve also dusted down my racing bike and had a couple of rides on it, a joy to ride, hopefully I will keep it up! I used to do a lot of running, the company that I worked for had an athletics club and subsidised our competition in races. We did road races, cross country and triathlons. My problem was severe pronation, which eventually took its toll on my knees and back, so I cannot run anymore.

You could barely make one fully functioning and fit person even if you stole the best parts from that lot Prando! 🤣

What happened to old MKBaggie, a very forthright poster in his day?

Anyone hear from him through other channels?
