I suppose though Lol, there were 7/8 teams we couldnt compete with last season but we managed to finish above them all bar one. Its not just about money, if it was it wouldnt have taken 4 years for Sunderland to get out of L1, Sheffield Wednesday wouldn't be stuck down there either.

I agree having money helps but without the right management, players with the right attitudes, good tactics and hard work, you wont be successful.

There are players out there that don't cost anywhere near that.Scotty has done well picking these players out .it's up to us to offer a decent wage to sign them.To compete we have to get nearer the level of the league we are now in.Smaller clubs than ours have done it.

And alot bigger clubs have failed aswell.

I'm disheartened aswell. You can't see how the hell we are going to get 7,8,9 players in that can compete at the level.

We are a top league 1 club and bar a miracle a no Hope club In the championship.

But 10 games in people will be blaming Paul warne and wanting him sack.

Knowing we can't compete so keep it tight and play the long ball in hoping to sniff something out
