If TS ever agreed to sell the club, he still owns NYS. What would it be worth at todays prices?? What would it cost to build now, 10yrs later? Probably a lot more than the £15M what it cost. How much he'd make on NYS might not cover what he's put in to the running of club.

Avondale buddy, when Tony is no longer around, our biggest worry is Richard willing to keep it going? My gut feeling is no. Yes I have the same feeling over Richard, we need to start chanting his name and getting to love us
