They could only draw 3-3 with Clifton All Whites on Saturday.
I reckon it’s because we didn’t sign defenders first. That’s what ALL good teams do!

Tbf history tells us you won't be far behind Bob.

Although the first pre season friendly is a touch premature for the usual melodramatics even by NCM standards#viva

I thought we signed a wing back first? I've forgotten his name though which is bad on my part

It's a very good point but clearly i961 doesn't understand how some people work on here. It's who they are, it's what they do lol.

It's a friendly, run around, get to know your new teammates and their game during a match and try not to get injured .

Wouldn't that lead to signing strikers to compliment the defence?

And sometimes people are generally negative/angry people and use football as a way to vent those emotions even more, for me it’s all about balance. Everyone has a right to criticise and especially when it’s deserved but vice versa you would expect praise when it’s good.

True, but there are also those who will never utter a critical word about the club.

I prefer to say what I see, good or bad.

A bit of a porky there matt, you are a good example of those who only say positive things. Nothing wrong with that at all, it must be great to see everything in a positive and optimistic light. It's just not a balanced view, it's the flip side of the negative coin.
