The programme ought to have been called the Alastair Campbell show, for ever talking over every other panelist.

He seems to have cpmpletely forgotten about his own past sins.

British politics was in a better place before he turned up with American-style spin doctoring.

How how he call other people liars with a straight face? He told the biggest lie in modern British history.

Yeah but they had 6 investigations (1 is not enough) and it found no lies were told.
    Maybe they were boris lies.

That's fair comment and I'd also add she didn't talk over the other panellists like Campbell did .

Question Time and similar shows need a very strong chair to make clear that talking over other panellists will not be tolerated. Not Fiona Bruce who just wants to be liked.

You've always got your hands full with Campbell who even if you don't share his politics is a very passionate and engaging personality .

    "Engaging", really?

He's got all the personality of a drunken Glaswegian tramp.

Let's forgive someone who lied us into a war that caused hundreds of thousands of deaths because he doesn't like Boris Johsnon and wants to rejoin the EU.

Generally when people are passionate and engaging they tend to receive quite a lot of media work because people are genuinely drawn to them whether you agree with them or not .

Campbell is generally in the thick of it and his opinion valued by the media when there's a big story .

This despite the fact he was part of a government nearly two decades ago .

Plenty of things I disagree with Campbell on doesn't make him any less passionate or engaging .

BBC only has him on because he's an avid Remainer (Rejoiner now).
