I worked for a “huge company” as well.

Our women bosses were completely out of their depth.

It was the start of wokism and tokenism back in the 90’s when they employed them in senior positions at our place.

I’m glad they did, it gave me the impetus to leave and set up on my own.

I speak as I find, mine were c r a p.

My woman directors were fantastic and the company is one of the largest listed companies in the World - multi national!

My own wife is highly successful and to be fair achieved far more than me and most of her suppliers ask for her personally - sadly not me! My own daughter has been head hunted now too in a male dominated area such is her reputation but she’s achieved that from sheer hard work and graft starting at school and university and outshining her colleagues from there on.

I give credit where it’s due. Had the leader of Russia been a woman it’s unlikely there would be atrocities and executions. Hopefully at 71 Putin will be dead soon!

I’m not talking about your wife or daughter, I’m merely talking about the idiot females that I had to suffer in managerial roles.

I’m sure there are many that do a great job, I just didn’t have the pleasure of any within institutions I worked in.

There were also many useless males in managerial positions as well.

I had very few good managers etc, the few that were were absolutely superb and live long in the memory.

Most of the idiots in top jobs are sadly males - look no further than our Politicians and Trump!
The male world usually is full of greed, selfishness, corruption and aggression. Women that I have known ( top blue chip companies ) see the bigger picture more and were more hard working. Certainly less greedy and power driven! Should people like Putin and Biden not be tending their gardens at this age? Power crazed and certainly not financial!

PS - Denise Coates who is a sharp cookie must be laughing her tits off at all those male suckers who gamble making her richer by the second!
