We moved in to hospitality this season, not heard a thing about our seats and matchday tickets/routine. In fact the last email was 6th June, and haven't answered any recently. Either the girl i'm dealing with is off/holidays/sacked, but no one else is stepping in. Customer service nil points....
Get ready when i walk in the front office on Tuesday, better have some good answers...........

Probably need to pick them up like others do who have changed circumstances

The one I use to talk to has left, shame because never a problem from her but since I’ve had my patience tested.
Luckily I don’t need to talk to any of them for a while
