Rotherham United reported to be still monitoring the position of Morcambe FC striker Cole Stockton.
According to journalist Alan Nixon the player is still holding out, on signing a new contract at the club.
The player who scored 23 goals in 44 league appearances last season, has been offered a new contract
by the club, with the player now in his last year of his contract, with the club said to be offering Stockton
a £2,000 a week wage, but the player wanting a larger deal, with his importance to the club.
so while he delays signing a new contract, this could be the last chance for Morcambe to receive a decent
fee in selling him, but would they risk holding onto him, until the January 2023 transfer window, but
could lose him next summer for nothing.

Towner and the happy clappers don't know it but I suspect Paul Warne does. We are getting left behind as a club. Top half of L1 showing more ambition than us. Shopping at Poundsaver and Age UK only gets you so far.

I have confidence in these 2. The lad who went to uddersfield was always a bit iffy. Full respect to football/managment/director ect who put these deals together.
