    Red Alert weather warning

The Met Office and the UK media have been making a big song and dance about the Red weather forecast warning for parts of England today and tomorrow.
On tonight’s BBC1 news at 10pm it was stated that this was the first Red weather forecast warning since it was introduced last year.
It would be interesting to know why the Met Office has decided to introduce Red weather warnings unless they are part of the Nanny state.

Got it in one. The BBC has appointed itself as the official Nanny of Britain. No longer Aunty Beeb, its now Nanny Beeb, but only if you like walking, cycling, Green politics, recycling, climate change, working from home, vegans or at a push vegetarians etc.

Our work had briefs telling everyone to keep hydrated and to use sun protection, there is free ice lollies and bottles of water, last time I looked there was no one under the age of 18, you’d think by that age you wouldn’t need to be told to have a drink when your thirsty

Nobody is no longer allowed to use their own decisions and use their own common sense but instead have to be told what do.
Today there has been announcement by the Scottish Government that everyone in Scotland has to stay in until 3pm
It is easy to see that the MSPs at Holyrood are on holiday otherwise they would be complaining about not being able to get home thanks to the knock on effect of the country shutting down until 3pm.
It might be hot in Glasgow and Edinburgh but this is not the case in coastal parts of the West of Scotland plus the far north of Scotland including the Orkney and Shetland isles.
However only the SNP controlled Scottish Government is only interested in people living in the area between greater Glasgow and greater Edinburgh.

The first bit makes no sense, the second bit is,I think,lies.....surely I would have seen an announcement about a nationwide curfew somewhere??? And the second bit makes not much sense either.

How can you listen to that rubbish? Uninformed nutters get their moment of glory provided they don't say anything that steps outside the Nanny Beeb's agreed line.

Just heard a scientist on stv news that the 40deg temperature in Beitain is entirely due to industrial man made co2. Not even considered is the increase in population, the amount of rainforest that has been cut down or any influence if the sun Call yourself a scientist and you can say anything you like as long as it plays along with MSM's view of the world.

Saw a young lad, about ten / twelve years old interviewed - no idea why they left this in, just doesn't fit the narrative at all

Interviewer - 'have you ever known it to be this hot'?

Young lad - 'Yes, in Spain'.
