As we won't be issuing you with a new card this season, we recommend you double check you haven't misplaced yours well in advance of matchday.

If you have, please email [email protected] ASAP and we'll be happy to help you.

Furthermore, we have been working hard to enable those who opted to receive a digital season ticket to use this method from Saturday onwards.

Unfortunately, however, we have encountered difficulties during set-up and therefore digital passes will not be in operation this weekend. Please therefore ensure you bring your physical card with you.

We apologise for the inconvenience and are determined to resolve this issue ahead of the Chesterfield match.

I've been sent a new card by post which looks exactly the same as last season. I'll take both along on Saturday just to be on the safe side.

So what's this 'digital' ST? Presumably something you load on your phone? I was held up before the Forest PSF by people struggling to get a scannable image on their phone. I realise that phones now rule the world, but is it really so difficult to take a plastic card to the game?
The digital card is one that lives in Google Wallet or Apple Pay on your phone. If you have your phone set up to do tap and pay, it will use the same app, depending on app of course but I'm sure they mentioned Apple Pay and Google Wallet/Pay was supported which are the two main ones anyway.

Basically, you'll go to your list of registered cards on your phone, select your season ticket and I'm assuming either it'll present a barcode for them to scan or they'll have a tap and go machine set up? I'd assume it's the barcode though
