Realistically we need to be qualifying regular to give us more opportunity and kinder draws

    It's not impossible but improbable

Who cares who AZ put out. The daily R article is not fooling anybody. AZ are and will remain a top European side

All that matters for us is trying to get through

Realistically we want to give it everything and hope we give ourselves a chance going into the second leg

He looked good. Like you say if he is out that's a big bonus for us. I think we are quite weak at right back sometimes.

From what i have gathered they had an Andy Robertson type left back who was their best player and he was sold.Their only real weakness if you can call it that is down both flanks so we really need to attack both their fullback areas.

As long as the team give us everything i will be happy,we would have had a better chance if all the new players had played a few games together but it is what it is.Let's just do our bit and back the team to the hilt.My ticket actually has singing section printed on the bottom of it.

**** me the nightmares are gonna start all over again seeing that! It's amazing to me that people complain about the quality of Nicky Clark and Ian Harkes when you look at that horrendous line up.

This is how I feel too GB and why i think we should go 3 at the back to get our fullbacks up to support attacks.
As long as every player gives 100% and leave nothing on the pitch after 90 minutes I'll be ok with the result. But regardless of the doomsters I think they can be beaten if we do certain things, eg play like we did in that first game v Sevco last year, high energy closing down, don't let them settle into a rhythm.

The nightmare for me was not the players in that squad, rather the whole growing feeling at the time that something wasnt right. Apart from the Double Ds and the Sh!t Keeps, there was still a core of players there that should have had the ability to pull us through that season, but after the heart was ripped from the team over the 2 windows, the writing was on the wall for those that were willing to see it! 2 key points, one that is there and one isnt, maybe could have given us a better start to the season is Chris Erskine and Paul Paton were out injured for a long time when the season started.

However, we are now out the other side of that sh!tshow, we are back in a European competition for real again, and while i have doubts about our continued progression in this competition, lets give it our best shot and see where we can go!

Not there tonight so sing a little louder for me please! CMON UNITED!
