Did we not win the cup the same season as we last took a 7 goal hiding? Just saying like

Now I've had time to ponder, there is only one person to blame: Zeek. Keep them quiet for the first 20 minuets or so, fine. Can't remember the part about us then getting a royal humping. 😂🤪

I stayed clear of this thread after the game but it was a real disapointment to watch for myself as a fan on the night. Very impressive support and they took the defeat as well as anyone could expect. It was clearly too early for a new squad, and the 1st leg was definitely celebrated too much and too early. Lessons learned and hopefully United can make a return soon, next season has to be the goal.

Despite being pumped 7-0 I have yet to meet any Arab that regretted making the trip.

Yeah it was a horrible 90 mins and the team are still suffering.

Unfortunately another thing that has is in danger of being damaged is that amazing feeling of being part of something between the fans.

From the march to Tannadice, the atmosphere at the game (and the result), the experiences of the trip over there to selling out our Tyncastle allocation in a few hours.

I think we are better than we are showing, we just need to start showing it soon.

Edward, as stated recently, I take you at face value and appreciate your commiserations and support. I also appreciate there is a slight possibility your Damascun journey towards becoming a true Tangerine, may have hit the skids for a while owing to recent performances? Keep the faith.

I am hoping that it is largely a confidence factor that is affecting the team and some key players in particular. Something that will come right in time?

It is. Our confidence is shot to pieces. We are so fragile at the moment. Look how many times we stood off Hearts yesterday. Our so called bigger players scared to put a foot in incase they put a foot wrong. Couple that with some of the abuse coming from the stands yesterday...... "you Aussie c*nt, you American c*nt" both shouts I heard yesterday. As much as its hard to get behind your team when they are playing like they are, abuse like that isn't going to help the mindset.
