Teams with Griffiths, Knowles and Knight with Rodrigues and Sam nowhere near the team? In fact Knight got a long run of starts (for absolutely zero return) that was double to what Eli got in 2 full years.

Now, in their wisdom, LW and RH think you can have Francis, Palmer and O'Brien in a 3, with a back-5 behind them.
Seems like it's inevitable teething problems - new coaches come in and have to learn from scratch and trial and error amazingly.
Knight's longest run was 2 starts. In fact he only started 3 games.

I was a bit disappointed to see him go.

Yes it was 3 out of 4 games - Solihull, Eastleigh, Torquay(Sub), Eastleigh - the three he started were all defeats.

And that’s a long run of games?

He appeared in 7 consecutive games.

Point remains, coaches can do some weird s*** when they first come to a club (and drop a lot of points in the process)

But you said he got a long run of starts. It was 2!

When a new Head Coach comes he is given the equipment to use - around 21 players I guess. He can't use every one of them, so he chooses the ones he thinks will be the best fit.

Unfortunately his choice will never be as all the fans want (as we all want different).

Hopefully TAR will get his head down and come good.

Yeah, 2 games too long. Did you see those games?

A new manager's picks could benefit from their predecessor being around to say 'you might not want to do that!"

As for Adebayo, Wing-back is a crazy position, you wouldn't want anyone trying it who isn't in tiptop condition. This has to be the likeliest explanation for him not being in the match day squad.
