FFS. We’ve played 4 games. Were we crap for the majority of today? Yep.
Was it really frustrating watching the first hour? Yep.
Did a few fans air their displeasure? Yep.
Will that cause Lukewarm to walk out? Have a word with yourself! He’s doesn’t even know his best eleven yet, never mind formation.
Unsurprisingly, comments on here until the substitutions, we’re negative, just like the feeling around the ground. But all it takes is balls into the box when we’ve finally got a poacher on board.
Will we win the league? Unlikely and it may go pear shaped. Again, but calm down dear and get some sleep!
I didn’t enjoy the first hour at all, but don’t think that makes me embarrassing! I’m pretty sure my lad can suggest many situations where he looks at me and goes “god, you’re so embarrassing Dad!” But today wasn’t one of them! Lol
It seems to be the way this board is going, you can't show the emotions real football fans show without being ridiculed when (with hindsight) those emotions prove to be misplaced. We all "sing when we're winning" as today proved. Notts fans were very quiet until we scored, and then when we scored again the previously boisterous and vocal away end became distinctly subdued. It's how football works.

At the risk of a ban (and even worse the wrath of holier-than-thou types like magpie_mania), I believe the reason for this is down to one poster. If he gets his way and his #mission succeeds, I'll save time and ban myself.

All I'm asking is for this board to be like a football match. We are all passionate Notts fans and some express themselves differently to others, admittedly sometimes not in a good way. So what? Emotions run high when you care. If someone posts "we are f*cking sh!t" when we go two goals down they will already look a bit silly if we come back to win 3-2. Someone constantly highlighting it after the event to make themselves look big causes nothing but division. If a red card comes my way, it's been nice knowing you all.

Well, nearly all.
