    Me too. I can't ever remember such passionate chanting during the half time break, and at first I didn't have a clue what it was for.

    Well deserved, many of us may be getting on in years but we never forget.

    Best time ever to be a Notts fan. Emphasises how pathetic it is now.

    I was around 17/18 at that time and followed Notts home and away. He was the best manager we've had whilst I've supported the club actively by some way and still is. What a guy. Legend such passion that we rarely see anymore.

    I know many clubs are making the move towards the head-coach model rather than having an old-school manager, and while I get all that from a long-term continuity perspective, it makes me a bit sad that we might not see another manager like Warnock at the Lane. What a character - the kind of man you'd run through brick walls for. I'd love him to come out of retirement and give it one more shot at Notts.

    Warnock's style would be perfect to get us up the leagues, just not sure it would meet what the owners like to see
