A whisper today from a very reliable source suggests that Connor Ronan will be joining us before the winter blackout blinds are drawn on the transfer window.
No idea if that will be permanent or a loan.

Could be an interesting few days left. Ramirez and Bates would be better trying to get a permanent deal elsewhere sorted or for their own good get a loan to another club. If as 57vintage says is coming in then I think that is our business of adding players is done. I would advise Joe Lewis to look for another club also but we will need to sign another goalkeeper as back up. McLennan could do with getting loaned out to get him some regular game time also.

Surely McLennan will be away permanently, he's not even been in a squad all season. Lewis IS the back up now. And keep Bates! Might sound weird to some but I quite liked him at times last season, threw his body on the line a few times as I recall. Ramirez I do not care about at all.

I had thought he was simply down the pecking order...as clearly Bojan is and always was going to be our number one striker...but to not even make the bench? That seems a bit sus.

I don't think Bates is a bad player, maybe just a bad pairing with Gallagher. I think with both Ramirez and Bates the issue is that they are surely two of the highest earners from last year. Originally Posted by ToonsClock4am
