It does explain the United in Pursuit hashtag though.
United in Pusuit of yet another coach under Tony Asghar
Ross is renowned for being a poor man manager. Our players clearly need an arm around the shoulder right now. I guess he wasn't doing that and they have responded accordingly.
Gone. Thank f*ck.

Yeah but it's the head coach's responsibility to make it happen.
Are folk really suggesting players that delivered last season are now duds? It doesn't matter what we think of them as individuals TC had them organised and getting results but JR doesn't (in fact it couldn't be any more opposite).
Exactly this
Neilson managed it (even with Laszlos dross before his first transfer window) , Mellon managed it despite the players not being big fans of him, Courts managed it despite being inexperienced and apparently having a silly voice according to some
Ross just didn't seem to be able to get much out of them and that's his job, he seemed to disconnect a lot of the good work of Courts, the solid base, the younger guys being part of it etc and rubbed the squad up the wrong way - I've always found his interviews a tough watch, when he was at St Mirren and Hibs, just very dull so not sure he is the most inspiring character
He knew what our strengths were so no excuse for dismantling it right away when it was working
Hell of a lot of hearsay getting bandied about on here and it never fails to amaze me what some of our fans come away with without any form of reasoning or truth about what has gone on with Ross or any former managers.
One things for sure the new boss has a job on his hands motivating the unmotivatable🤔 because these players to a man have been fkn awful and have had a massive hand in getting Ross his jotters.
We know the majority can be motivated. They clearly were last season at least...
Has the goalie "coach" been punted as well?
