O/T Sculpture

I understand Rotherham is to get a huge metal sculpture called "Camellias" to be installed in All Saints Square. Apparently inspiration for the design came from camellias at Wentworth Woodhouse and the materials a reflection of Rotherham's industrial past. From the artist's impression I must say it doesn't look bad but what it will look like in the square is more difficult to imagine. Any thoughts from you residents?

Agreed, looks camped up Victorian to me. Hopefully the real thing will be better.

It’s a moving one so hopefully it won’t look too bad but I’m not holding my breath

I was trying to be positive and imagining it would look ok but ffs it looks bloody awful on that pic

Have they definitely announced it as being in All Saints square? I thought the location was yet to be decided.
